My Story
My name is Madukar Nair. I was a student of the C.A.C. School of Music in India under the tutelage of Mr. Rex Issacs, the renowned violin instructor. I then continued studying in New York under Ray Dotoratos of the Julliard School of Music, who studied under the well known violin icon, Ivan Galmian. I have also studied with Julia Zaustin

I have also studied with Julia Zaustinsky, a well known violin teacher, Julliard alumnus.
I have worked with the Kalabhavan Orchestra under Father Abel, as well as the Tharangini Recording Studio under Dr. KJ Yesudas, world renowned Indian vocalist.

I am a violin teacher with 25+ years of experience, I provide students with Western Classical music training, Theory, Ear Training, Sight Reading, Folk Songs, and NYSSMA (New York State School Music Association) and school orchestra preparation. I am also a member of MTNA (Music Teachers National Association).
